As I sit here watching the Grammys, I think about one of many great days today. It was absolutely beautiful weather today, so Lysha, Jadyn, and I, decided to take a walk to downtown Mariemont. Downtown is just a few blocks away, but it’s fun since Jadyn is a new [rather confident] walker. Once there, we let her run around a little sitting park that’s complete with memorial statues. She seemed to love running across the muddy lawn, and we thoroughly enjoyed watching her enjoy herself. Lysha and I love the area we live in – it’s very historic and very old…simply beautiful all over. Makes afternoons out with the family all the better and more enjoyable.
I noticed that the sun was setting just beautifully behind us, and started snapping some shots with my new Samsung Sway (which I love!). Below are a few shots that turned out just right.
